Juniper Removal

Junipers are full of resin and dry debris. Same treatment.

03

Stump-Out

Stumps pulled — not ground to a nub that re-sprouts next spring.

04

Brush Clearing

Surrounding ladder-fuel brush cleared back to defensible space.

05

Dump-truck and disposal in the quote. You don’t coordinate hauling.

03

We mobilize, do the work to spec, and keep the site tidy. One foreman. One crew. No sub-chains.

XERISCAPE REPLACEMENT

Cedars gone, gravel border in — less fuel, less water, qualifies for the grant.

FAQ

Common questions.

How much does the FireSmart grant cover? +
The City of West Kelowna reimburses 50% of FireSmart work, up to $500 per property. The grant covers contractor fees, equipment rental, and disposal — all included in our scope.
Do I need a FireSmart assessment first? +
Yes — a free FireSmart assessment from the City qualifies you for the grant. Book one at firesmartbcplatform.ca, then call us once it’s done.
What replaces the hedge? +
Most homeowners go xeriscape — gravel, decorative aggregate, and drought-tolerant Okanagan natives. We do that work too.
What about Westbank First Nation residents? +
Eligible for the same FireSmart grant program through the City of West Kelowna.
