Wet basement, water in the crawlspace, efflorescence on the walls — nine times out of ten it’s the perimeter drain. We dig down, replace failed weeping tile, re-waterproof, lay drain rock, and backfill.
Dig down to footing depth around the affected wall(s).
Old crushed or clogged weeping tile out, new perforated pipe in.
Wall cleaned, sealed, and membraned before backfill.
Clean drain rock around the new tile, then engineered backfill.
Tile tied to a sump pit or daylighted to grade as appropriate.
Final grade pulled away from the foundation so water doesn’t pool again.
We walk the site with you, talk through the scope, and flag anything that’ll affect the price or the schedule.
A clear, written quote — no surprise add-ons once the crew is on site.
We mobilize, do the work to spec, and keep the site tidy. One foreman. One crew. No sub-chains.
Final walk-through, cleanup, and sign-off — you know what you got and you paid what we quoted.
